In accordance with § 2635.204(c)(2)(iii), we are waiving the conference fees for a class consisting of all U.S. DoW civilian employees and uniformed military personnel. The term “uniformed military personnel” is defined as Active, Guard, and Reserve members of the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, and U.S. Coast Guard, including Academy and ROTC cadets. Please note, this exemption also applies to serving personnel from NATO nations.

If attending Apex as a reserve, service personnel should attend under their military organization, versus any industry affiliation. Please see industry rates if attending in commercial industry capacity.
